Training

Today I went with a friend and it was real beautiful walk up saleve although we started late around 13:30 pm but am happy we managed to walked for 6 hours and covered 19 km one thing I liked about today is I managed to walked at my friend's pace not mine which was good since when am climbing Kilimanjaro will have challenges going at slower pace because am training alone and and at high speed but from today's hike I know I can adopt to slower pace which is great
