How I Started Doing Sports

This photo was taken by one  of the English Speaking Cancer Association  Volunteer who came to visit me at home , a week after I completed my cancer treatment.
I still remembered as if it  had happened yesterday , I had Checked -Up with my oncologist , on 17.10 .2005 after he explained to me the result of CT Scan, my White Blood Cell Counts and Red Blood Cell Counts and CD4 Counts .
He wanted to know if I have any question for him? and I said yes, the question I asked him was what can I do to speedy- up my recovery ?
He said I should eat well
Then I asked what should I eat?
He said , I will make an appointment for you to see dietician
He went on and said I should do some exercise and I asked what type of exercise? He  said ,he will make another appointment for me to see physiotherapist who will help me to develop exercise program.
Then he made a few calls and gave me some paper with names and telephone numbers and said that is my appointment details .
During this period of my life I could not sleep, all the time tired and do not feel like eating.  Some times even if i take my sleeping pills , I will stay awake the whole night.
But 11days later i had my first visit to physiotherapist and he was nice ,  He speak English which was very important for me because back then i do not speak or understand french , so he explained to me what we will be doing the coming days .
As soon as i started with him , I come back home so tired and hungry , so  I started to eat , and because of  my workout , I came home dawned tired after eating all I needed was bed .
Since then I continued working with him and my fatigue, eating and sleeping problems started disappearing small by small I started feeling strong , and better as day goes by.
The visit to dietician real did not do me any good , why because the type of food she recommended , I was not used to it back then , but , Thank God the Physiotherapy worked well and it solved most of my secondary side effect of treatment.
