Training

Today I went for easy run before going to the gym so I ran for 1h 20minutes and distances covered is 15km.
Then I was in gym for 1h 30minutes and you know what am actual not tired and I felt great .
My appointment with my doctor also went well every thing is great and I did not see my physiotherapist but I had coffee with my trainer and is also happy to know that every thing is going great for me and we discussed future races and how I should continue to train after climbing Kilimanjaro which sounds great!
