Training

This week I decided will take it easy and rest will start training again weekend , although I did not push my body so hard as to feel tired like most marathon runners do but I think it's important I take off this week, so that my body rest little bit since am planning to have heavy schedule next week , because it's holiday on Thursday so I can go hiking for four days and do hiking for 7 to 9 hours , to see how my body will take it So now will eat and rest no activities till this weekend
