This week I have a lot going on I started Yoga class on Monday which is for 01h 30 minutes start at 9:00 to 10:30 it's real going great and am having fun, I do it twice a week that is Monday and Thursday . Now I have reduce my running to only 10 km maximum and twice a week and once aerobic training in gym , so yesterday I went for easy run for 8 km for 37 minutes before going to the gym .
Today is my second day in Yoga class and still enjoying it and now I have also reached tapping stage which means I have to cut down my activities that is why my running has come down to 8 km yesterday am not sure if I want to continue with the hike or stop and do short run and yoga so still listening to my body to tell me what to do next so will let you guys know.
I have bought all my gears now including my medication so in a weeks time will start taking malaria tablets and next week will also do my last vaccination before leaving and bought so real nice and interesting books Kilimanjaro , trekking guide, Mindfulness and Sports Psychology for Athletes, Adversity Advantage, Running with the mind of meditation , Extreme trekking , Cancer fitness and Chrissie Wellington A life without limits so far this books are great and helping prepare mentally and I hope will finish before leaving or at least before starting climbing
